YOUNG MEN’S DISCIPLESHIP GROUP -
Young men from Orchard are invited to meet together once a week for the purpose of growing and sharing our Christian lives together. Pastor Ed will lead the group through the book “Discipleship Essentials” by Greg Ogden. It covers these topics:
- Growing Up in Christ
- Understanding the Message of Christ
- Becoming Like Christ
- Serving Christ.
The expectation will be that you will spend some time during the week going through the assigned chapter. The hope is that you will become increasingly honest and open as you encourage, challenge, and pray for each other.
The group will meet on Monday evenings, beginning September 22, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. There is a copy of the book in Pastor Ed’s office if you would like to look it over, or you can do that on line. If you have questions or would like to try being a part of the group, please email Pastor Ed at (ebaker@orchardhillchurch.org), phone (266-9796), or stop by his office at church. |
